What happens next?
Once you have found the right property for your business you must ensure that it is a sound investment. There are legal matters to deal with - you will need to instruct solicitors/surveyors to help with the contracts.
Do you need to make any alterations to the property? These may require planning permission. Bristol City Council's Planning Services offer advice on whether this is necessary. They can also put you in touch with the Building Control Team who can help to ensure the more detailed designs meet building control regulations.
